The forms on this website store nothing: they open a WhatsApp message on your device, and we only receive it if you press send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms. If you call or message us directly, we receive what you share, including any photos or videos you send of your unit.
3. Technical Data and Third Parties
Fonts and page scripts load from third-party services (such as Google Fonts and content delivery networks), so your browser contacts them when the page loads and they can see your IP address. Some of these services are outside South Africa.
4. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small note that you closed the cookie notice. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
5. Why We Use It
To reply to you, prepare quotes, book and carry out installations, repairs and services, send invoices, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your information. We may share it with suppliers or service providers only where needed for your job, or where the law requires.

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes, including legal and tax record-keeping, and then delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

2. Quotes
Quotes and estimates given by phone, WhatsApp or photo are subject to confirmation on site. A quote sets out the work, parts and price, and is valid only for the period stated on it. We will tell you about any change in scope or price before we continue.
3. Installations
Please make sure the installation position is agreed before we start. The electrical supply and distribution board must be suitable for the unit. Any electrical upgrades, extra piping or special access equipment are quoted separately. Where an electrical certificate of compliance is required, we will tell you before work starts.
4. Repairs and Diagnostics
Diagnostic and call-out fees may apply, and we will tell you before we start. Repair quotes are based on what we can find at the time. Hidden or additional faults found later may need a revised quote.
5. Servicing and Gas
Servicing covers the work listed on your quote. If a unit has a gas leak, we will quote for finding and repairing the leak before topping up gas, as gas will escape again if the leak is not fixed.
6. Parts and Warranty
New units and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which may depend on correct installation and servicing. Warranty on our workmanship, where offered, is stated on your quote or invoice.
7. Your Responsibilities
Confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission, give safe access to the work area and to the unit, move valuables and furniture where needed, and tell us about any known problems with the unit or electrical supply.
8. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Please agree them before work starts. If you cancel or reschedule at short notice after we have travelled to site or ordered parts for you, we may charge for the call-out and non-returnable parts, and we will tell you upfront.
9. Liability and Your Rights
We take reasonable care with all work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by existing faults, unsuitable electrical supply, or conditions not disclosed to us. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
10. Complaints and Governing Law
